For Café Por Elas, the challenge was not to start over, but to evolve.
A brand built over seven years through direct relationships with Brazilian women coffee producers needed an identity capable of growing with it. One that could reflect maturity without losing warmth, and structure without erasing the human stories at its core.

The new visual system was designed to embrace change. Inspired by the natural rhythm of coffee production, we developed a flexible and organic identity that adapts to seasonality, microlots, and constant shifts in origin. Color becomes a navigational tool, connecting sensory profiles to each coffee, while the system allows frequent updates without compromising consistency.

At the center of the project is the producer. The identity was designed to give prominence to the women behind each harvest, reinforcing transparency, traceability, and emotional connection with the origin. Packaging becomes a living surface, capable of telling different stories throughout the year.

Rather than a redesign, this project is a continuation. A visual language that respects what Café Por Elas has built and prepares the brand for its next phase: more mature, more expressive, and deeply rooted in Brazilian coffee culture.
